Wet Painters, the episode it was paired with, is not bad either. "Can you move it along, I'm all out of time cards" might be one of my favorite meta-jokes of the whole show.

The 50th was great, but ugh, the Christmas special terrible. It's when I understood everything everyone hated about Moffat at once; the misogyny, the convoluted story lines, continuity either torn in two for the sake of a joke or followed word by word for a plot point.
DOCTOR WHO! Jesus there's more than a thousand comments and nobody's mentioned the frickin' show.
