Very well put, my feelings exactly. I have not watched any of the “real housewives” shows so my knowledge comes strictly from coverage on Jezebel, but it seems like they are taking women who may have a problem with alcohol and getting them drunk on TV for dramas sake?

win/win

Not to be that asshole, but:

Same as most sports games I’d imagine. New fighters, new outfits, more customization options for created characters, new story modes, etc.

Well, if we can survive that long, I’ll call it a draw.

Are we using 'whack' as a synonym for sex these days? That's going to make it hard for young audiences watching old Mob dramas. Then again old Mob dramas reimagined as murderous homoeroticism might be the next big thing, who knows.

I don’t think I’m capable of trusting someone who hates blathers.

On the affordability front, it’s going to be $10 for the first week it’s available, through May 1st, then jump up to $20. So they’re definitely pushing people to buy it now, which worked for me!

I don’t think Hiddleston is, or ever was, a Big Movie Star.  Aside from Kong: Skull Island his cinematic choices have been interesting or theatrical (I presumed that’s why Branagh cast him as Loki in the first place...), and he’s just done a stint in Pinter’s Betrayal on Broadway.  He’s a thesp, not a movie star.

It is arbitrary, but that’s what they chose.

Obviously. That’s why I preferanced my statement with “Personally”.

*To me* it seems pretty arbitrary that setting the key to a prohibited input is allowed. But not other console commands like god mode, no clipping, infinite dashing or ammo, etc.

Apparently the console isn’t even usable without 3rd party software, which

There’s not much dishing in I’m Your Huckleberry, the chapters of which are organized by roles: Jim Morrison, Real Genius Chris Knight, Top Gun’s Tom “Ice Man” Kazansky, Tombstone’s Doc Holliday, and The Island Of Dr. Moreau’s Dr. Montgomery, among others.

Nintendo doesn’t limit supply to create artificial demand, that’s one of the most ridiculous yet continually perpetuated myths in gaming. It completely ignores that they have had several systems (most recently the WiiU and 3DS) that bombed upon release and were never difficult to get. When they’ve had extreme

The Nintendo lesson is you can leverage literally anything if you look after your first party game library well enough, Sony has done a reasonable job of taking this onboard but MS still seem a little wayward :p

Misinformation everywhere. I’m a GM’er. I’ve already had several people say to me “well your job should be safe because of all that money you guys are going to make from those ventilators!”

A lot of very smart tech ppl confuse their tech smarts for smarts on a more general basis. They are often very wrong about their level of non-tech smarts.

HZD actually stands out to me as one of the open world games to do novel things with those standard tropes. For instance you’re climbing towers... as giant robotic giraffes that are walking around as you climb them. Can’t say I had ever done that before in a game.

I mean, the reviewer says like half a dozen times in half a dozen different ways that the game doesn’t offer anything new here. So, if you like AAA Open World Crafting Resource Collecting Skill Tree With Zombies, The Video Game, then you might be fine with this. If you’re bored of that, then no.

Boooooo… the original isn't remotely perfect, but at least it had some ideas and was reasonably interested in exploring them. The remake by contrast was just a brainless action movie, and not even a good one at that.

The Departed had more stars and won awards, but that doesn’t make it better. I thought it was a very good movie, but also an incredibly overrated movie. It lacked the style Infernal Affairs had, def a big part of that owed to Chris Doyle, but Boston just looks terrible from a movie standpoint. Nicholson while
