Isn’t Crunchyroll losing it’s free streaming?

With all due respect, neither the Division series (nor virtually any video game of it’s ilk) is a serious game about war and power. About as much as Star Wars is, with it’s generally binary take on everything.

The writing telling us about the imperfections shouldn’t be the same kind of imperfect.

Geez, was the daughter in the original documentary? I remember the kids and the cousin (?) who was taken in by the family who, coming from the outside, still knew how incredibly beyond the extravagant life was. That and the nanny who (ugh) lived in the oversized dollhouse.

Ah--I forgot I got that one too. I guess that’s two big bugs I encountered then. (I got the tideripper oneas well.)

Just finished the game a couple of days ago, and the Kappa Cauldron is the only game breaking bug I encountered. A few quests that didn’t close out or people who stuck around post quests, but minor stuff. I have to say this seemed like the proper amount for me, in that I’m not clamor for more just yet having played so

If the characters don’t understand, or the filmmakers want the audience to feel excluded, I think that’s enough for an artistic choice. Here, the people who are being excluded in the real world as well as the fictional, other in there and other out here, so the context of doing that scene this way now I think is more

If the characters the audience is most identifying with don’t understand, I think it’s a pretty common decision to not subtitle. Sometimes it’s laziness, but here I think we’re with the leads. I forget movie Steven Yeun was in recently where he discussed them not translating the Korean to exclude the audience

(Weird...kinja picked up my reply to something else...)

What I wanted to say here is that I doubt the Russian league is profitable as a business. It’s an oligarch playground.

Reynolds is second fiddle in Mississippi Grind to a superlative Ben Mendelsohn, but he’s a strong second fiddle there with his snark contained.

I’m not really invested enough to crack any jokes, so I’ll say having someone else do something for you is neither clever or cool. Like it could be, I guess, but you’d have to be the one doing it.

I still haven’t watched Eternals yet—I love Zhao’s work and while I have some superhero fatigue, will happily watch any MCU film—but yeah, I didn’t think it was a great fit. Mind, I think it’s the MCU’s very successful execution of style with limits to what it’s going to flex about. I think she could’ve made a great

No one will read this now, a month later, but now that I’m into the game: 2 and 5 and a bit of 4. The main story not only for the items, but it’s also the flow of the storytelling. I don’t remember if the first game was this choppy—I went to Plainsong before chasing down one of the main quests and everyone’s talking

I’ve been playing favor resolution because, and I haven’t felt it’s been off—though I guess I haven’t tried favor performance either. As noted, they both seem really fast.

I think it’s a combo of how Netflix watches it’s money now and Covid. The first part being, they used to let something like The Get Down “air” for a while before saying, naw, not picking it up, but now they want more return on the since they’re more established—and they have to give more info to investors—and that

I can’t find the numbers anymore, but Cowboy Bebop didn’t show much follow through it had a big number but it was only big for one sitting (the first episode) and people weren’t sticking around.

Hmm...I think it is nuanced to think something like this is understandable and to think it’s sad.

also based in Poland which borders Ukraine to the west”

I love Jack McCoy, and I admit I haven’t watched this--but everyone in the system buys the “defund” hysteria. I support it myself, but I know it’s a minority opinion that is often at best a rhetorical handicap with any one who doesn’t already agree.

Will Smith still does the mildly buzzy prestige piece like King Richard, as opposed to cameos in action movies produced by the guy who inspired Turtle in Entourage like Willis does, so I think he’s still above.
