Totally agree with him. Out of so many games these years and the ones coming up, haven't people got tired of shooting things already? Actually for me and many other Japanese/Asian gamers, the problem isn't shooter gameplay itself. The main turn off for us in those games are:

I'm actually happy finally the girls don't get ridiculously huge breasts. Now they look really good.

what's the fuss about her face anyway? The romance in ME is so blank and shallow that why would anyone wants to see it?

Even the title and how the character looks... wow, talk about the art of stealing.

Will play inFamous 2. And probably some Magic The Gathering 2012.

Thanks for your very insightful opinion.

Another possible generic shooter... Don't people ever get bored of these games? Can anyone help me list all the upcoming shooters?

Nothing there. And I'm in NYC.

Is this even surprise? Any average non-gamer wouldn't know those questions.

Thanks for posting it out, but have you actually read it before you posted it or just because you heard it somewhere from other people they you copy&paste? You do realize it's also the legal ground SONY takes for the law suit, right? I like how you stated it as if you are the only person who knows that.

I'm old enough to have a full time job and other commitments in my life.

Let's take a look at the buzz words out there.

Then I guess I wouldn't like. Played Dead Space 2 and got really bored.

The game looks okay but I feel the gameplay is really dated with it's RE4 ish shooting mechanics.

Consumer trap or not, once you have agreed to it and violated it, it can be used in jurisdiction. You may not like it or you may appeal, but that's the truth and how it works. Not aware of it is not an excuse for violating the regulation. Plus in this case, modifying and circumventing the software without

No I addressed him on that point already. If there's a contract you think unfair and has loop whole, you have the choice to negotiation or to refuse it and chose other similar provider. You know you DO NOT HAVE TO get it, especially video game.

" They are not modifying Sony's software—they are simply not using it. They are erasing the software from the device and installing their own."

Right, but the thing is if you feel the contract isn't fair, you can always deny it or find some other providers. You would be an idiot to agree with those things and you would be even spineless to accept it and then get bitchy about it.

"First, he's not modifying or reverse engineering the software. He is installing his own software."

Have you read the EULA when you booted up your PS3 the first time? I believe it clearly says as long as you alter or reverse engineer the software then you are violating the terms and SONY reserves the very right to take legal action against it, no matter if you distribute it or not, which is exactly what he did and
