It’s probably a little more than ‘hard work’ that made Bezos so rich. It’s that. But also ruthlessness, vision, influence, manipulation, corruption and a few other things.

Dump on Verizon all you want, but I originally cheaped out with T-Mobile and they couldn’t push a signal into my fucking bathroom. Going to the supermarket was like being 100 stories underground. Being in an urban area was no help because the signal couldn’t get around tall buildings.

Excuse me, good fellow. I am pretty sure that these employees are in fact artists of food products, whose skills are in the highest demand across the nation. Otherwise why would Subway make a title called “Sandwich Artist”? You plebeian.

Meh. Subway has its use. If you are travelling, or road tripping, and you just want plain food that won’t cause you to have trench-ass, then there’s a subway at the next exit.

I use to go to a store that was nextdoor to a Subway(they were in a strip mall and shared a wall).  Poor owner had to deal with his shin smelling like ass bread all the time
