Agreed. My local Kroger used to carry an decent variety of De Cecco shapes, but the store brand pasta is starting to hog all of the shelf space. I’m lucky if they have ziti and fettuccine. Bastards.

This weekend I made the Bon Appetit recipe for pork tenderloin with green curry. Instead of roasting it, I put it in the souls vide bath with the marinade and left it at 145 for a little over an hour, then I seared it in a very hot pan. It was definitely a keeper.
