I once attended a minor-league hockey game. It was bring-your-dog night. (Unfortunately, I didn't know this in advance, and thus did not bring a dog.) There were give-away team-branded dog bowls and an on-ice weiner dog race. It was magical.

I am a chronic hiccupper. They don’t usually last more the. 15 -20 minutes, but they tend to be rather loud and very forceful...almost violent. My family thinks it’s hilarious that a middle-aged woman gets hiccups. I'm glad they're amused by my suffering.
