Seems people owe the deli owners some apologies after shitting on them for not letting the father into the store. There was much initial gnashing of teeth over that aspect of the story.

Anyone who closely followed the local news on this all weekend — the NYT, NYP, NY Daily News, NY1, and Eyewitness 7 and News 4 NY — knew that the father’s story did not check out, regardless of whatever took place with the young men who have been arrested.

I can see that. What we do is a class, so you either keep up or you do what you can. It’s a very small group, small enough for texting back and forth, and we’re all quite fond of the tae kwon do master. Much more comfortable, for me, than a gym.

It is extremely difficult to take this site and these writers as serious journalism when they inject personal bias and opinions directly into the articles. These writers could benefit from Journalism 101 classes. Otherwise it’s just amateur hour and that clouds the story and message.
