I agree it’s a blessing. I can’t imagine going through adoption and paying close to $50 000 for my kids if I had no parental leave and no subsidized day care waiting for me.

There’s few daycares that accepts kids less than six-month old because it is extremely rare that the two parents take less than 6 months parental leave. It’s not a problem but the results of a wonderful system!
