Exactly. I’d be terrified if a cop was arresting me and wasn’t answering my questions about my arrest. A cop has absolute authority over me in this country. Once I’m cuffed and in his car, he can take me anywhere he wants and practically do anything to me. I want to know his name, his number, what’s going on, etc. and…
