FWIW, when looking up a AWD Jaguar Sedan, with under 30K Miles, it came up with a fairly large # of prospective candidates. Granted, a Jaguar’s maintenance costs will be more than that of his Toyota, but it’ll be an impressive vehicle compared to say a Lexus or Acura.

Not necessarily a bad price, but a Horrible color combination, lending validity to a Crack Pipe evaluation.

Well, as long as you can get the Camaro Z-28; ZL-1, SS, etc. In a 6 Speed, we should be OK.  (They're not considering something Really Dumb like cancelling the Camaro, right? )

All of these comments, yet nobody suggested a ZR-1? Available in Manual or Automatic, Coupe or Convertible, with a warranty and nationwide service.

I worked for a large Software Publisher who had the policy of not only walking people out immediately after they gave their 2 weeks notice, but also would never re-hire someone who left them previously voluntarily. (They would always pay for the 2 weeks, though. This led to a higher level of turnover during the summer

I usually don’t post on these kinds of things, but if you aw A Star is Born, I totally bought into Bradley Cooper’s performance as a totally different character. Silver Linings Playbook, American Hustle, overall an unfair lumping of him with the others in my estimation.

I’ve had very good luck with my Acura RLX. The Sport Hybrid is AWD (Electric on the rear wheels) and isn’t found everywhere. Here’s one for just under $30K

You can approach this one of 2 ways:

You should figure on at least 150K of mileage. But a stick Convertible like this will probably hold it's value over time. Worst case sell it in a year or two for $2,500.

Maserati Bora.

Maserati Bora.

Im sure that you could find a set of wheels from a junkyard, sell these and make a couple of bucks.

For $2500, an ideal vehicle for camping, towing, family vacations.

Hard to believe that there wasn't any vandalism on those cars. A flat tire here or there, removing or swapping license plates, or more drastic measures if there wasn't a change in his parking.

I posted my 2003 ES300 on every free site I could find. http://www.similarsites.com

Check out these 4 websites:

Just as important a consideration is the cost to replace the utility received from the car. If it’ll cost $10K to get comparable utility, then the $3K makes sense.

When they take you in to see the F&I guy, tell him this:"Yes or No did I get a good deal on a car with everything I need?" If he says Yes, then tell him you don't need anything else. If he says No, then jump up and say "The Deal is Off!". If he says Yes, But.....  say in your book that means No and the deal is off.

trying to sell my 2003 Es300 last year for $3,500. Literally every contact but 1 appeared to be a scammer. and then that 1 wanted it for $2,000.

My wife’s uncle had one of these with a 4-Speed. I drove it a couple of times, much to my dismay. I attempted to sell it to a colleague, but he didn’t like it with the crappy lack of power any more than I did.
