Really? My former HOA neighborhood in Texas was probably 35-40% minority. My current HOA neighborhood in Florida in probably 25% minority. 

The people serving on the HOA board would never say “bro” as they are 65+ years old.

Agreed. It is one thing if the company squandered money on stock buybacks, etc., and now is looking for a bailout, but that a company was profitable pre-coronavirus and now is having to take steps to protect the longevity of the business post-corona is very understandable.
