Considering this is the first time I have said it, I am pretty confident that you have not been hearing it from me for a decade. There are lots of other indicators that problems are coming, though, if you’d care to look.

Well, you know the bubble is about to burst when things like this happen. Sell your stocks, buy gold, and prepare for the upcoming recession.

How do you know what’s between the driver’s legs? ;)

Thanks.

1. True, but you don’t pay $1.1b dollars unless you have significant exposure.

See my comment above. The litigation wasn’t settled for several years, so the lawyers and regulators already had done all the nosing.

That litigation did go on for years. And Toyota paid a ton of money to several different law firms. Think what you want about the merits, but you can’t be dismissive of the claims when it has the potential to so negatively impact Tesla’s earnings/profitability.

Most everyone remembers the “controversy” involving Toyota and the issue, which despite tons of attention, was mostly shown to be cases of elderly drivers confusing pedals.

No one really should buy this car at this price. Other posters have pointed out why. Yet, I want it. I might even pay that price. This is irrational. Plus all you guys would always point at my posts and laugh, saying there goes that dumbass that paid $30k for a Fisker Karma. So CP, but pass the pipe.

Pip pip cheerios!

Flying taxis make sense - there’s already a roadmap to success.

Makes sense that this is in Cincinnati. They ruined chili, and now they’ve ruined this car. Total CP.

Just because it is rare, doesn’t make it valuable.

You are doing it the right way. But from 25 years of experience trying cases, you would not believe how many people do what these Boeing engineers did.

If you are drively safely, why not? Although I prefer:

Think it was the top of another vehicle taking a “safer” way.

What a dumb study.

That’s not how it is done. You find the sacrificial lamb and terminate him/her quickly. This allows that person’s subordinates to feel grateful (i.e., remain quiet) that they escaped the cutting block and avoid the lamb attempting to punch upwards and blame the higher-ups.

They ought to call this the WRX STD because it F.U.C.K.S.!

I hope he finds a home in Lebanon, especially give how quickly he torah out of Japan.
