I have never taken my "real" cars out if there is even a 10% chance of rain, so no, I have never been caught in bad weather in them. And if someone wants to park off the road, I don't care. If they park in the middle of the road to protect their property at the expense of everyone else, then they are asshats and

If you are so worried about your vintage t-tops, don't drive that car when bad weather is coming. Before I get my "fun" car out of the garage, I check the weather — chance of storms? I drive the Nissan.

and I love the sound of my Roush Stage 3 mustang. I drive around and don't even turn on the radio just to listen to that engine and exhaust. Excuse me, I now need to take a cold shower!

My 2014 Roush Stage 3 Mustang gets 14.1 mpg. I don't know what the EPA said it would get, and I don't care!

A swing and a miss. But it was a nice try.

Exactly. I have been waiting, waiting, waiting for the 4C to hit our shores. Then they say it will be out in June. Well, not really — 500 "launch edition" cars will be here, and they'll cost $20k more than they should (and that's prior to the dealer stick-up). But then we wil lreally start selling them in September.

I think they priced the Jag F-Type too high, and then the dealers wouldn't deal because they thought it would be such a hot seller.

California sales tax rate = 7.5% plus local add-ons that, depending on location, can raise the total tax rate as high at 10.0% (I believe everyplace around LA is at least 9%). Texas sales tax = 6.25% plus local add-ons up to a maximum of 8.25%. Advantage Texas.

"middle class tax rates are high in texas" — not sure what you are referring to as Texas does not have a state income tax.

When I test drove the Roush Stage 3 Mustang a couple of weeks ago, I knew I'd be ok pushing it when the salesman hit 120 on the freeway (albeit quick acceleration from 80 and then quickly back down to 80). When I hit 90 a few minutes later, he asked how I liked driving so slowly!

that's certainly part of my point. Hyundai is bottom 5 in 2014 JD Power dependability study. I admit that they rank top 10 (at #10) in the initial quality study, but that tells me that they do a good job of making sure everything is nice coming out of the factory but then things start to fall apart soon thereafter.

If someone has $70k to drop on a Hyundai, aren't they going to buy something that's ... well ... not a Hyundai?

I spent a summer in corn fields detasseling. Fuck corn!

You are a horrible person.

Thanks. I have the Haggerty and NADA.com publicly available information, all of which the other guy's insurance company is ignoring.

Having just been in an accident that totaled my '66 Mustang (hit by a Ford 350 construction truck, totally the other guy's fault), I am much more aware of the need for improved safety devices to go along with that engine! At least install modern seat belts instead of keeping the old lap belts.
