As someone who owned section 8 housing - it’s pretty easy to get the property and yourself approved to accept section 8. You do open yourself to a large pool of renters AND get guaranteed rent - at least part of the rent.

You guarantee PARTIAL rental income. At the expense of the local housing authority telling you what to do. I owned a couple section 8 rentals. My tenants were ok at best - no one destroyed the homes.
Start using it? I never stopped. I have so many freaking points right now it’s insane. I’ll be able to take 2 week long trips, easy. Plus my Sapphire Reserve gave me all kinds of perks during lockdown/pandemic including all the stuff I was already getting.
You’re right, it does help overall.
I owned 3 rental properties but sold them in June of last year. AMA!
Ranch belongs on the shelf at the grocery store. There is no ranch in my house and there never will be. Not in the fridge, not in packets in the spice drawer. It’s disgusting and is, in my opinion, only used by people with juvenile taste buds.
One of my acquaintances keeps posting about GameStop and stocks and why he’s doing what he’s doing. His big talking point is that the markets are artificially inflated and manipulated and it’s wrong. And I guess he doesn’t grasp that what him and his other chicken tendie bros are doing is THE SAME DAMN THING.
That’s a false equivalency. Yes, those things are more probable but that doesn’t make the other stuff not probable. They’re not connected.
Doesn’t matter. Our house was burglarized and they simply kicked the lock in. Deadbolt with 4" security screws even.
Not true. I was in a bank when someone came in and robbed the bank at gunpoint. Had he pointed at me I would have been within my rights to drop him right there. I live in a state where you don’t need a license to conceal carry. So literally anyone and everyone could be carrying.
A lot of people do, and that’s great. And I’d venture that more believers are assholes than non-believers honestly. Most of the nicest people I know don’t believe and some of the biggest jerks I know are bible thumpers.
My sister has one and it was better all around than I expected. Off road it held it’s own, is roomy inside and comfortable. Reliability leaves something to be desired - it’s on transmission #2 and will need transmission #3 whenever the dealer gets parts.
I’ll take my chances on both. Worst case scenario - there is no God and I lived a good life and wasn’t an asshole to people. And I’ll have been wrong about hot dog sandwiches (but I know I’m not wrong, unless a sub isn’t a sandwich anymore).
Built for torque!
No, he overrode the governor.
This is a great question - I got a smoker for Christmas and I don’t know a lot about smoking and BBQ other than I love eating it.
I think I voted Marnie last time but man did Lillian kill it in round 2. Marnie got baguette and should have gone croissant instead of pita and she would have secured my vote.
Thank you for confessing that - I too was diagnosed as a SA and I 100% was. I also had a food addiction.
All of this! YES! And using the logic from the author means that gambling, sex, drug and alcohol addiction aren’t real things.
Not sure why you think a victims occupation matters at all.
