Plus, once your house is paid off NO ONE can take it away from you (provided you pay your taxes).  That’s a pretty solid reason right there.  Lose your job?  At least you still have housing.

That’s fine. Just know at the end of 30 years we’ve both spent about the same amount of money and I wind up with a paid off asset in my name worth $350k or more (completely discounting the fact that my house will be paid off in 7 years total and then no one can take away my housing unless I don’t pay my taxes).

As someone who owns their own IT business in OK - your plate is more spot on than you know. I’d say roughly 40% of my customers use AOL or Hotmail or Yahoo in some fashion daily. I’d say another 15% PAY for access to AOL or Hotmail or Yahoo features.

Almost hit a cop and get towed?  There’s no grace period for insurance there?  That’s awful.  My state has a 14 day grace period after buying but before getting plates - where proof of insurance is then required.

Food has low profitability and high cost/waste. Not every bar has the space/staff/equipment available to offer food to the requirements of the state. Therefore if you offer awful food at high prices no one will order it and you don’t need to actually do anything (like buy the food or ingredients) but you’re meeting

It’s too easy to say that you can’t force a customer to order and I’m honestly surprised that more bars aren’t taking that road - offering up awful food at high prices, just to meet the requirements.

32 oz wide mouth nalgene.  One of about 2-3 that I own.

Making everything $1 is the exact opposite of what they should be doing.

Did they just compare being trans to being diagnosed with cancer? One of those is a choice - but I can’t give myself cancer because I want or will it to happen.

In case you forgot (which you obviously did) - Kaep went 1-10 in his last season because defenses figured him out. He was bottom 5 in QBR and other metrics over that time period - including his running game. He was benched before he kneeled and he refused to sign a new contract when offered one.

What can I do for a stinky washing machine discharge pipe? It’s not a utility sink like lots of people have - it’s a built into the wall thing with the hose bibs for the hot and cold water as well as the pipe for the washing machine outlet. It smells something fierce sometimes.

This is essentially what I did. As I’ve been losing weight (down 180 pounds in 2 years now) I started walking. Eventually I was walking 3-4 miles a day at a 14 min/mile pace (not bad). But it was taking 45-60 mins a day and one day I thought - “I can get this done faster if I run a bit!”

The increased risk of narcolepsy due to vaccination was 1 in 18400 or 0.005%.

That would be a huge challenge to measure up to your stupidity.  You won’t even cite your sources on bullshit claims!

Much like people who voted for Trump who say they aren’t racist and bigoted - they are. And you’re an anti-vaxxer. Pfizer didn’t take government money for their vaccine and there are other vaccines for Covid in development where they didn’t take government money.  Also, hopefully, people like you won’t be allowed

Pfizer didn’t take government money for their vaccine.  And eventually (hopefully) you won’t be allowed access to places without proof you had the vaccine.

The last bullet point won’t work for 75% of the people I know who don’t plan to get a covid vaccine.  They’re 100% anti-vax.

But Santa IS based on a real person. My in-laws taught my spouse about St. Nicholas and celebrated St. Nicholas day on Dec 6th.

Thank you!  Need to get back on track after this week though lol

Yup, went to church functions the day they came down sick.
