Honest question - what is the civil war going to be fought over? The OG was over slavery, what about this one?

True! We relied on PP for quite some time for annual checkups and birth control scripts. Just got an IUD last month (not with PP though).
I was applauding them for making the right choice in getting an IUD, even though it cost them quite a bit for something that should have been free. I was reinforcing their decision by reminding them that the $600 was cheaper by far than any of the other options - pointing out the ‘financial risk’ isn’t that bad…
100%, it should be. Look how many kids live in poverty and I bet you wish more people had considered the financial implications.
Still cheaper than a baby or an abortion or even a year of birth control pills
Ally or Vio? Cause I’m in both and they both dropped to 0.6% and it won’t be better anytime soon with interest rates being held until 2023.
And i would posit that because of ignorance and poverty they make poor choices.
Wait for the new bronco. Done.
So if not ignorance or poverty - why do people make poor food choices?
A banana does cost less than a big mac however it’s only 100 calories compared to 550 for the big mac. You’d have to buy 5 bananas to meet the same amount of calories - and you still wouldn’t be as full as you would on the big mac - protein and fat are filling.
Can we bring back olestra? JK
They do but iPhone gives a little more control in this situation. I can share my location all the time, only when the app is open or never.
You did a great job - the real thing here is loss leader. This kinda deal will get you in the store - or at least in the drive thru as things stand right now lol. Once you’re there, the rest of their menu engineering will get you to buy more profitable items.
Who is going to buy a rental property with a non-paying tenant? I just sold a few of my properties in a bulk deal and I can assure you they wouldn’t have sold if they weren’t currently income producing.
It depends - mostly on if the landlord has their own mortgage or not and how good the renter is. All my houses are paid off in cash when I buy them - so I can stand to go a few months with no or low rent, all I have to cover is taxes and insurance and that only takes 2-3 months of rent for me to pay. And I’m willing…
I’m a landlord - I haven’t evicted anyone but trust me, there’s PLENTY of people clamoring to get into my houses. If I wanted I could evict all my tenants and have my houses filled by the end of the month at a higher rent. I get emails or calls daily asking if I have properties available.
I own a few commercial properties as well as residential properties. It’s MUCH easier to get any kind of forgiveness or help for residential compared to commercial. Banks think it’s easy to just get a new business in to take over for the failing one and, since it’s ‘just a business’ and not someone’s home (even though…
I’m not handing out candy for halloween but I will buy a king size one of those for myself.
And no staying up til midnight for Thu, Sun and Mon night games!
It worked though! Sales shot up (and the pizza was much, much better).
