General Knowledge is indeed a bland category. And I'm convinced that it's just a way for them to recycle unused clues.

I got canoodle/candle correct! Reading E! Online finally paid off!
Got a whole cabinet full of mugs, most were freebies from past employers. But I have a couple that I paid cold hard cash for — MST3K with Joel and the 'Bots, E!'s Talk Soup, and The Far Side's "the real reason dinosaurs became extinct."
There is a Brady Bunch Thanksgiving episode — http://www.dailymotion.com/…
There's no such thing as Corinthian leather. It's just something the ad agency came up with, probably because it sounds so good in Ricardo Moltalban's accent. Chrysler actually got their leather from Newark, NJ. But "rich Newarkian leather" doesn't really roll off the tongue. I wonder if there are out-takes with "rich…
I think Matthew Broderick is a bit of an asshole too. He committed vehicular manslaughter, but pled down to reckless driving.
On Thanksgiving morning, one of the first things I did online was check to see if Jeopardy was (1) pre-empted for football, and (2) was a rerun. The answer to both questions was "no" and for that, I gave thanks!
Oof, I can still see that in my mind's eye. Was that over Thanksgiving? Or was it Christmas? Seems like it was on the front page for days and days.
1. Manos
2. Catalina Caper
3. Pod People
4. Mitchell
5. I Accuse My Parents
6. Bride of the Monster
7 - 10. I can't remember the other ones I picked
Happy birthday! Will there be cake, in addition to pumpkin pie? Ooh, pumpkin cheesecake would kill two birds with one stone. (But please don't throw desserts at our feathered friends.)
On TV - MST3K Turkey Day Marathon, the Thanksgiving episodes of WKRP and Friends.
My usual — The two-piece. Spicy. Red beans. Extra biscuit.
My mother didn't forbid me from watching Three's Company, but she didn't exactly approve of it either. She would always sniff disdainfully and refer to it as "That Jiggle Show."
That bird song makes me irrationally angry. A bird knows where its home is! It's called a nest!
Then I amend my appeal, and I petition Your Honor to grant 50 points to The Exorcist.
My pick for the biggest turkey turd — nuh, nuh, Notorious (with apologies to Duran Duran).
I've never seen that Bob Newhart episode. I'll rectify that tonight. Thanks A3K!
I was so hoping he would reply "Actually Alex, I like dudes!"
Why is BBCAmerica showing CSI Miami? It's not even remotely British.
I had to go back and watch Lana and Lee's scene a second time because the first time, I got distracted by doing math in my head… Asylum was set in 1964. Lana was, oh let's say 28. That would make her 80 years old now.
