When I read the item about the old Eva Longoria photo, my first thought was it was the 90s. And then I looked at the photo, and yeah, it is classic 90s. I think a lot of us had trouble with correct foundation colors in the 90s.

I definitely think that in a lot of media positions, a short-term shadowing with more reflection/follow-up would be more beneficial to students than the menial tasks/lack of learning that usually goes on with traditional intern positions.

Yeah, I'm really bugged by this too. The awards aren't as high-profile as some of the other categories, but they matter just as much. There needs to be a diversity in their program, as well as the Grammys are a great way to promote artists that most people would never have heard of otherwise.
