Adobe actually makes a lot of tools that author HTML 5 content. Adobe isn't just in the Flash business and I wish people would realize this. They have some of the most cutting edge tools specifically for authoring html 5 content.

Although I agree with you on most points, I don't believe there is a way to access microphone/video camera through HTML5/AJAX cross-platform at this point. (Key being 100% cross platform). I know that this is being developed and worked on like crazy, but I don't think it's currently at that level.

He would have meant leaked before the actual release date. This happens with almost all albums because physical copies need to be sent to stores before launch to prepare... and that's where normal every day people get their hands on them before launch dates.
