as a stars fan I hate the wings but even their rebuilding years usually extend into may.

that's usually a package deal actually

whoaaaa, gamestop got leinart as dlc??? talk about a major coup

suikoden 2 owns and is easily the game i have played through the greatest number of times

even if licensing didn't play a factor, the only people who would think it's a reasonable suggestion are probably ones who don't play sports games. the internet still has updated rosters for college hoops 2k6 available for free. i'm pretty sure the 2012 nfl rosters can be found on fansites for madden 12 when the new

in fairness the fifa and nhl series do allow for custom soundtracks. i don't know about madden because i haven't played it since 10. mlb the show does it, too. pretty much the first thing i do whenever i get a new sports game is set the playlist for the menu, or just stream it off my laptop via 360 if i'm playing it

madden 12 is almost universally regarded as the worst installment in years but sold over a million in its first week. the madden series doesn't waste money, it prints it. there's no reason to go to the dlc model that almost always comes up in an article like this because the current system makes money hand over fist.

"sarah jessica parker is a horse" is probably the laziest joke in the world at this point

some things translate a little better. pitching to ryan howard as a lefty is the most entertaining thing in the world and got me the sombrero trophy

sooo has ncaa football decided it's going for a broadcast feel, then? instead of doing the thing where it tries to make you feel like you are at the game? the espn ticker at the bottom is sharp and I like it but the series seems to go back and forth on whether or not it wants to be a television broadcast.

i figured this sort of thing is why the contest before was "hey, record yourself pitching a perfect game and send it to us and first one wins ok GO" but i understand that doing it with a leaderboard and all that extends the publicity by weeks

they are definitely better at hitting than they should be. one of my advancement goals as a starting pitcher was to draw x walks and slug better than .300, which is impossible for the first few seasons since, come on, why would I not spend those points on my pitches or per 9 stats

so far the only weird, consistent thing I have noticed with umpiring crews in mlb 12 is that check swing appeals almost never result in a strike called. probably over 350 ip with my rtts character so far and maybe one, two appeals are deemed swings.

who is the butthole who umps in san francisco. that dude flat-out refused to start out any of the mets 0-1 after the sixth on my rtts pitcher yesterday.

haha jesus this guy. youre a MARINE and you play VIDEO GAMES??????

haha grantland is talking about video games now, okay. its sports articles, or at least the ones written by simmons and klostermann, were so overwrought and unfunny despite trying really hard to be funny that I just felt bad and stopped reading. also the site design was pretty bad and another hundred awful things and

ha ha women on the internet

biff nooooo

yeah. the perfect game challenge on 4/5 had doug fister on the mound for detroit instead of verlander. interesting quirk considering verlander was in the ads for the perfect game challenge.

i have gone back and forth on whether or not his style is a positive or a detriment. i dont mind things written in a colloquial way. but i think my main beef is that his books, in contrast to bret easton ellis' (who i dont really like either! but i do think he is a superior writer in every regard), are grotesque just
