Well that's why you aren't a foreign affairs expert. You are basing your views on American media and ignorance.

Who are all these men and who raised them ?
Insane money in the NFL. It's weird that in Rugby which isn't a college game all the players have college degrees and do continuing professional development. It can be done properly.
Pakistan is actually doing pretty well. Peaceful transition from civilian government to civilian government with the military staying in the barracks now. They haven't fought a major war in India in over 40 years. The GDP per capita in 2012 is 3 times what it was in 2002. The fertility rate in 2010 was half of what is…
You break it you bought it.
It will get better, things are more complex than they seem.
I agree it shouldn't be sold in rich countries. I disagree with the term "death trap". Compared to what? All cars before 1980's were death traps then. It isn't hugely safe true but you are still very unlikely to die in one.
It was over-valued for years. It isn't so much devaluing as returning to a more reasonable level.
I would be interested to see a model of if increasing safety standards on cars in the developing world would lead to more deaths or less.
Where would you compare them? You would struggle to get up to 40mph on most Indian roads. They have serious traffic issues. This isn't a big deal, safety should improve but it isn't a scandal.
It isn't a death trap. Just dangerous in a head on 40mph crash which is unlikely in packed roads in developing countries and still much safer than 4 people on a motorbike.
This times a million.
Happened here in Ireland with the motorway exit ramps a few years ago. It isn't anything to do with driving skill or whatever. You can't drive up a steep sheet of ice in a normal car.
What bullshit. Bangladesh is developing at 6% a year. What arbitrary threshold do you set for developing?
Per capita is the only thing that matters. We are all humans and we all the same rights to pollute the same amount. I know for a fact you pollute more than the average Chinese person and so do I. Therefore we have no right to judge China.
You literally are the densest person I've met. China has lax environmental regulations because they are poor. They are much better to the environment than the average American even though they can't afford expensive anti-pollution methods.
"neither developed nor developing"
Industrial pollution is counted as Chinese pollution and even though the products are used mostly by developed world countries.
Bangladesh has the best record for improving mortally rates pretty much anywhere int the world. The birth rate has dropped, child mortality has dropped and infectious disease has dropped, all this despite being a poor country.
