I keep looking for overlooked flaws in the film every time I see it. And I never find them. Jaws is probably one of the most perfect films ever made.

Also, the original described as “campy”?  In a decade filled with cheesy alien and monster invasion films, the original War of the Worlds stands out to me as being a genuinely horrifying film.  The special effects have also held up remarkably.

As someone who was a young adult in the 90s... yes, the 70s defintely were the nostalgia decade of the time, although it was less of "I miss the good old days" and more of "That was a really weird time".

That was my conclusion the first time I ate Subway in the 90s. It appeals to people who like bland, textureless food. And judging by the chain's success, there seem.to be an awful lot of those people in the US.

I would answer that question as, no, it was a very underrated film, but then again, I’m one of the few who really seemed to like The Good Dinosaur. Mainly because the timid character Arlo reminded me of my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
