I'm an old man, so my first thought was "It's the guy from Disney's 'The Boatniks'!"

…and how good was Robert Morse in that scene?

you forgot "future Oscar winner Octavia Spencer"

Wait, none of those are actually hidden in any way, are they? Unlike say, "Token Back to Brooklyn", which is track zero on the CD version of They Might Be Giants' "Factory Showroom". Start the disc, then hit the rewind button back to the beginning of track 1 through to the beginning of track zero.

Nah, can't be. I'm from Jersey, and I've never seen this Robin Marshall character.

In Anaheim, it's closed (along with the rest of the Rivers of America attractions) so they can reduce its size to make room for Star Wars Land.

My views on IASW did a full 180 when i rode it with my 4 year old daughter, who thought it was the most beautiful thing that could possibly ever exist. It's not for me (other than the great Mary Blair work, and especially ignoring where they decided to insert some Disney characters to help sell some plush at the exit

And Sun Ra doing "Pink Elephants"! That really is a great recording.

I was pressed into service taking my daughter and a friend to see the 1975 this past December. I figured that at worst, it would be better than one of the YouTuber meet and greets that she's (please please please) growing out of.

…but using what? This is like the inverse of Chekhov's gun.

Maybe I missed this: What was Cyrus' plan once the gunman was in the room with the Governor? Tom improvised the shot that winged the governor to distract the guy with the gun long enough to get tackled. How was that supposed to have gone down?

This is a replay of the conversation here in my house last night.

Miracle Mile was lots of fun. (Well, fun for a movie set in the last hour before nuclear war.)

Thanks for the pointer!

Oh.

This was the first episode that I've caught, and I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would. The reviews scared me away, and if they are tweaking the show in ways that produce a few solid laughs per episode like this did, I'll have to add it to the DVR.

Snork was, not the others.

I wish that they had done more together. Really enjoyed that one season they did, especially the musical bits.
