You really should put Tales of Berseria on this list. For many who have played it already say its on of the best Tales of Games ever made. Even with the small censorship regarding a certain scene it is still very high on my list.

One of the best military Anime i have seen so far is Tenkyou no Alderamin or Alderamin on the Sky. It is also a lot about tactics and the hard reality and cruelness of war. And the mainprotagonist is an really interesting and likeable character who is not using might but rather itelligence.
