Does anyone know how much in savings can be had with buying a “Glider” and installing an older engine vs. buying a new truck with new engine? I also assume the newer engines will be more efficient, so the MPGs savings should be accounted for as well, no?

To be fair, the car did the 1.2 mile climb in about 1:15, or about 57 MPH and the pace looked like what any one of us would do on a new-to-us course: flat out in the straights and gingerly through the corners. This is extremely impressive, in my opinion.
