this lawsuit is the most insane thing I’ve heard. It’s a factual description of the contents of a COURT document. It’s publicly available from the COURT... How the hell did anyone think that was even leverage worthy, much less winnable.

Chappelle didn’t change, the world around him did and he stayed still.

The first order’s top general, who should be an intimidating asshole, is used repeatedly as a joke-laden punch bag. It makes no sense to me.

.... get out of my brain.

Fraud requires deception, like, say, hiding your prices and intentionally obscuring the cost by claiming purposely listing them per serving instead of per pound, preying on idiots that don’t look closely.

You see someone getting scammed, you’d be a bit of an asshole to keep walking and tell yourself “it’s not by business to determine value for other people.”

It was never time, i had the time and never minded the work of cleaning or scheduling, it was pure frustration and the few really

Ahhhh, im dumb.  But even looking at it a second time, took me a second.

Is there a point to making the driver’s seat fold like that?  I cannot think of a use case.

its like a van had a threesome with an anime movie and a dustpan.

To be fair, he wasn’t holding 2 forms of ID while on camera assaulting her.

I feel like I really want that guy to rot in prison for at least a few of his many crimes.

The quote at the end is what matters.  It’s super unlikely that it’s just “vaping” in general. These cases were all clustered together and sudden onset. People have been vaping for years, it didn’t suddenly turn deadly in very limited geographic areas.

I’m noticing more and more that they have 45 identical versions of a thing in the top 50 results with from brands that are indistinguishable like “keokee” “zyliss” and “geedel” - like they were the only letter combinations remaining that had not been taken, or they were phonetic translations of chinese words.
