the purge of registered voter lists happens everywhere so that voter lists are accurate. Unbelievable as it might seem people die, move or end of writing for roots. If letters come back ‘’deceased ‘’ or moved no forwarding address. Pretty good hint they are no longer voting not to mention haven’t voted in EIGHT YEARS
