I’ve been wondering about this for a while. I have DL650 which is great for my commute, but can’t handle any real off-roading (at least not with me at the helm). I’ve been looking at some thumpers so I can do more off raody stuff, but feel like I’ll be wringing it’s neck just to keep it at highway speeds. I wonder if

It probably had a carbon fiber hood and spoiler.

I feel like the real solution is to get a motorcycle. $600 can get you a pretty sweet ride (not really). Plus you save money because everything you buy has to fit in your backpack.

My response is to just tell people that they "just haven't hit a motorcyclist yet."

Shifter broke off into what would have been my sexy ankle, but again the shoe stopped the actual puncture. Proper riding shoes saved me form ankle surgery. I wouldn't skimp on the shoes either.

Pretty sure LA Metro will add a 1.5 mile rail spur to the metro line that will be open on game days. Wouldn’t take much and considering all the construction with the Crenshaw line what's a few measly miles of light rail?

When I was in high school I bought a 1967 Firebird. Over the winter of my senior year I saved up to drop a 400 in it and a new tranny. So while I was doing this I bought a 1979 Datsun 280 ZX off my buddy as my beater.

Best method I've found for a steak with a crispy bark and tender inside is as follows:
