I find that Google Music provides a far superior experience for 2 reasons.

As a bonus, a Google Play Music sub includes YouTube Red, so no YouTube ads.

I hate the idea of random songs. I also need offline music a lot. Pandora is nowhere near Spotify or Google Music. I switched to Google music for 3 months free and great integration with chromecast and my Nexus devices. Worth every penny.
