Bedbugs week two: electric boogaloo.

God, I’m so jealous of France right now. What must it be like to have an adult in charge.

Saw this last night and promptly died from it.

Starred because i have virtually no idea what this means, but I lol’d.

Evidently they can live an incredibly long time without eating... Like a year or more, says my late-night obsessive googling. I washed and dried everything at the hottest temperatures, then bagged everything in giant ziplocs. I’m living out of bags until I’m confident I’m bug-free.

Yes! I encased the mattress in a bed bug proof cover and there are traps under the legs of the frame. Still. So. Gross.

My ldr just relocated to be in the same city as me. We did the long distance thing for a year and it super sucked, but my two best tips are:

Definitely! And my upstairs neighbor just sent me a really nice text thanking me for dealing with the situation so swiftly and responsibly. I’m just glad she doesn’t blame me in some way.

Thank you! I cried a lot yesterday and spent a fair amount of time freaking the fuck out. It’s just so gross and terrifying! But ultimately, I just needed to handle it because not handling it is not an option. :)
