Look it doesn’t matter if she is pissed about her car being towed. We all have had similar experiences and yes its infuriating, but the woman / girl whom she is speaking to is just doing her job. She doesn’t own the place and she didn’t tow her car. She is the cashier person who takes the towing fees. What bothers me…

There’s zero excuse for what she said. Berate the attendant all she wants for the towing, not her education, looks, etc.
