We heard you the first time, relax.

I love Halloween. Like, on a scale of one to ten, I’m a 20. I am FOR elaborate and creative Halloween displays.

I need them to explain the “Billie Eilish is destroying the country” angle because that’s hilarious. What’d she do? Promote QAnon? Spread misinformation about a pandemic level virus? Hawk an anti-liberal conspiracy on cable news?

My hope for Trump is that when he’s in a prison cell he can remember these times fondly...”

Oh for sure. I know internalized homophobia results in situations like that quite often, it’s just that it’s not NEARLY as often as people now assume. It’s reached the point where I see a variation of “they’re probably secretly gay” in the comment section of every news article that talks about a homophobic

No worries. I know most people don’t mean anything particularly deep by those jokes, it’s just frustrating to see how widespread of a misconception it is that homophobia is self-inflicted by LGBTQ people.

I know that you and most people that tell these “homophobic people are secretly gay” jokes don’t mean any harm, but as a gay person (not that I’m speaking for all LGBTQ people), please let that entire concept die.

“Different” or not, it’s still a new show in the plain technical sense, and that’s all I’m considering when tallying up how many entries this god forsaken franchise is racking up 😉. I agree w/all your points though. Creatively, The Relentlessly Sepia Toned Adventures of Carol and Daryl won’t be “new” in any sense of

It’s...still a new and separate show, though? Like I’m sure you’re right and the incentive for the show’s creation is financial and all that, but...it’s still a separate entity. And I know that the rest of the original will not air along with the other 4 shows, but I’d argue that 4 shows + an after show is still beyond

Good God. So the WD universe is now: The original, Fear, Beyond, Tales, and the Daryl/Carol spin-off. That’s FIVE shows...SIX if I count Talking Dead. Who wants all of these shows? Surely even the biggest fans of this universe have a point of over-saturation?

I second your anthology suggestion. Fear the Walking Dead started with that idea, and they had me until AMC decided to completely upend it’s cast, timeline, premise, hell EVERYTHING, just to cross it over into TWD. It isn’t said enough, but season 3 of Fear is one of that entire franchise’s best.

Oh HELL yeah. I was a massive fan of Orphan Black and her performances on there were just outright insane. So, so, so good. I can’t think of an actress I’d be quite as excited to see join the MCU. Damn fine choice.

Complaining about Glee was half the fun of watching it tbh

Oh man, yeah, that performance was definitely one of the best from the entire show’s run. My gay ass used to listen to that mash up and just brood, lol.

I relate. Of course I was upset when she went missing, but now, with the absolute certainty that she’s truly gone, I’m fucking distraught. More so than I would’ve guessed.

I don’t think most people talking about a curse are doing it to be funny or disrespectful. In fact, my first thought when I saw this was “Jesus, this cast might as well be cursed”. Not as a joke, but more like “I know curses aren’t real, but this cast has had such an unusually high rate of personal tragedy that it

It’d be tragic if HQ didn’t come back for a third season. I loved the first two- Harley’s crew, Ivy’s deadpan lines, the show being self aware, etc. I don’t think they could’ve done any better with the resolution to the Ivy/Harley/Kiteman triangle. Ivy and Harley were always going to end up together and in love, and

“I don’t hear thank you enough anymore 🥺”

Who is portraying him as an angel? From what I’ve seen, he’s just being portrayed as someone whose life mattered, and someone who was murdered for no justifiable reason.

I’m really not liking the precedent that things like this and the redesign of Sonic are setting. Its one thing to retroactively edit a line or scene for something like racism or sexism or something graphic or whatever, and its one thing to acknowledge and take into account the opinions of the more...passionate fans
