They do tend to hang around parking lots across the world, seemingly admiring the weather and shoving fingers on wheel wells.

Huh, fair enough then.
For what? Their assembly lines? Highly doubt that Ford would need to direct hire service techs.
People that work at Jiffy Lube changing oil or at Les Schwab changing tires have barely any training, Torch. Community Colleges usually offer coursework that puts students on track to get ASE certifications, with the goal of producing master techs.
Not really. They are too expensive for fanboys to own.
Would still happily putter around in an FA5 Si.
As somebody that was rear-ended by a dumb hick that proceeded to flee without bothering to not make his license plate visible, this a million times.
This thing is amazing. I can only imagine how drop-dead gorgeous it would be flying with retracts up. Hhhnnnggggghhhhh.
Yeah no.
I understand that, but there is usually (and my experience is 100% with multiport FI...my DD is a Volvo 240 with a GTX turbo running Megasquirt) enough vacuum stored in the brake booster for 1-2 brake pedal pumps. I mean, the last time I have seen a cam-driven vacuum pump, it was for limp dick low compression…
I’m more surprised about the fact that a high compression engine would need a vacuum pump to drive a brake booster.
0-60 in around 6 seconds. It’s perfectly adequate for a small sports car.
There are better and cheaper ways to tell everyone that I define myself by my self-pleasuring, no thanks.
Late reply, I know.
My Volvo 240. It’s as quick as Demuro’s Skyline but without the handling or grip. Or brakes. Or stability. It also feels like sitting in a barn during a hurricane when traveling at speeds over 120...
I’d be all over one of those if it had the Si’s LSD. Otherwise the manual TSX is a much nicer car to drive.
I DID I DID!
I badly want an ‘10 SH-AHD with the manual. I hear those are as quick as S5s in the real world but more fun to drive.
Acura is the new Volvo, Doug. Mercedes had a sporting image since the age of gull wings and gigantic drum brakes. Volvo had a couple touring and rally cars here and there, but until the late 90s it was know. For semi lux, comfy, and slightly dull cars. Go figure.
Bro, like, Mormons and stuff.
