Right, it’s super difficult to evict in Los Angeles. It sounds like the landlord is giving her a chance to vacate before starting eviction procedures, which sounds shitty but is also a little generous.

The crux is really buried in the story:
“she pays rent erratically, due to mental health struggles. In the past,

I’m no expert, but I think it may have more to do with the fact that she doesn’t pay her rent than anything else.

late rent payments are considered a breach of the lease contract. landlord can dissolve the lease/have evidence enough to secure an eviction. who does this moron think she is? like, it sucks and landlords should be abolished and I hate that anyone can be evicted but...no girl, you’re not being unfairly evicted because

She sounds like a handful as a tenant. I have a feeling that the eviction is unrelated.

She’s clearly being evicted for serially missing and late rent payments.

Perhaps the landlord got wind that a woman who has repeatedly, by her own admission, paid the rent late, was flush enough to completely redo a RENTAL UNIT that he/she will now have to pay to un-unicornify. I’m pretty sure that most of the rentals I have lived in have had very specific clauses about what I was and was

It’s almost like someone with an over the top custom apartment took advantage of their landlord’s patience and their patience ran out.

One does not get evicted for having a similar apartment to another tenant. One gets evicted for being in material breach of their lease. Evicting tenants is QUITE difficult.

I mean... the part about her being late in rent a lot seems rather low on this post. And the rights for disabled people to have stable housing is a legitimate fight, but not really related to Lisa Frank.

JUST TO SAY IT - This woman used to have an Etsy shop that sold home decor, she was copying designs/names from other artists AND never shipped out lots of the stuff (I bought several pieces that never arrived). She kept saying she promised she was working on it and was so sorry and she was just overwhelmed but to my

Definitely very similar spaces and Lisa Frank is trash but I just don’t understand why she would be evicted over an apartment that looks similar to hers and is only available for two weeks? Am I missing something here?

I’m sure she was more comfortable with a corpse. Dead victims can’t tell their side of the story.

Probably because she left a live witness................

You obviously have no clue that stupid police forces are the preferred default. Stupid cops are easier to manipulate and are more likely to perform immoral actions because they’re convinced otherwise. Sadly, I’m not kidding. Police forces seek out the lesser intellectually inclined, arguing they do this because smarter

Seriously, she shot her twice in the back as she was fleeing because she feared having her gun taken??

Another news outlet( WaPo) mentioned that this officer said she “didn’t feel as comfortable” with this shooting as she did with the first one. You know ,the one where she took a person’s life.

It’s about the deputy feeling disrespected I’d wager.

One of my best friends was booted from the police academy because he couldn’t shoot well enough. Other than that, he was extremely intelligent, kind and compassionate about the community (he’s a very active teacher now), you know the type of person you’d actually want to be a cop. But hey, gotta shoot then think,

Way its going with this bitch she needs a shit load of stickum for her goddamn taser because she keeps losing it and has to ‘resort’ to shooting someone.
