There’s been a constant shift from producing goods (agriculture, industry) to providing services, which has kept most people employed. But what happens when the robots take over all the service jobs?

Arguably, we could transition to Universal Basic Income and not starve, freeze or otherwise deprive people of their basic needs and dignity while we figure it out.
