After reviewing the video a few more times it is hard to believe that the biker didn’t avoid this by applying his brakes, this situation could have been easily avoided!

Looking at the video it sure looks as if the driver intentionally swerves to deter the pass, but, if it was intentional I am surprised the driver would stop, unless, he all of a sudden grew a conscience. I sure hope the young passenger is not hurt too bad and that the motorcyclist has learned a painful lesson,…
