Not even - he's 3/128 Native American. (Baby V is 3/256.)

The OK case that struck down the EIFD had a very different set of facts - the birth mother there unilaterally moved to revoke the father's parental rights on the day the child was born, and there was no evidence the father had sought to abandon those rights of his own volition. The case which prompted the EIFD's

Justice Breyer asked this same question during the SCOTUS oral argument on Tuesday. I will be very interested to see if the court addresses this.

There is no evidence, NONE, of bad faith on the birth mom's part. She admittedly didn't know the birth father's birth date, so when she sent in the enrollment verification documents to the tribe, she used what she thought was Brown's correct birthday. She also provided Brown's correctly spelled first name, but due

WOW there is so much misinformation in this piece about the legal issues at hand here. I was privileged enough to attend the SCOTUS oral argument in this case on Tuesday and a lot of what's in this article is just wrong, wrong, wrong.

This is not true at all. The clinical psychologist who testified on behalf of the adoptive parents at the state supreme court level testified that Veronica would be quite emotionally damaged by a separation from the Capobiancos, even at this age. This testimony was uncontradicted by Brown's expert, a social worker

How do you get into Ohio State?

This is pretty much the opposite of the point of this article, but if you have a good relationship with your doctor, just ask for a couple of Valium for each flight. I've flown several times from the West Coast to China, which is 12 or 13 hours, and they'll let you sleep through at least 10 hours. I didn't feel

Yep. I was abroad in China for a semester and had a hard time finding skin care products and soap which didn't have the "lightening" ingredients in them. Companies like Dove and Neutrogena sell them, too, they're not just sketchy Chinese brands.

ME TOO. I was kind of sad a knockoff of it wasn't in this post!

Don't panic! I had all four wisdom teeth taken out at the same time; some had erupted and some hadn't. At no point during the procedure was I able to tell the difference, it wasn't like the non-erupted ones hurt more or anything. You'll be fine! I was begging to go out for Mexican food a couple days after my

Now playing

Just rediscovered this gem of a one-hit wonder last night (after it was played at a business school party, no less). Post your favorite jams from the golden era of boy bands in a reply!

"This is my teacup. There are many others like it, but this one is mine."

That club sounds delicious.

Haha. Part of the problem is that I'm here for grad school and pretty homesick, but otherwise:

For Chicago, try Quenchers Saloon on Fullerton and Western. They have an amazing beer list from around the world, but their tater tot pizza is what makes it really worth visiting. Sometimes the tamale man stops in there too!

I can't speak to their running clothes, but their seamless panties (they have thongs and boyshorts) are fantastic, and the only underwear I will ever wear. They're expensive, I think $15 a pair or so, but very much worth it because there's no elastic band to fray so they last forever.

Philadelphia is singularly awful. Don't waste your time.

Find something good to watch on Netflix Instant! I like Friday Night Lights - it's well written and has enough seasons to keep you busy for as long as you need.

Oh yes! I'm in grad school and I walked into my own door (sober) last night.
