If you're referring to the eastern Seattle suburbs, most of those are just the "money" kind of Republicans - they'll vote down an income tax, but quite a few have no issue with same-sex marriage.

I'd also be really interested in the answer to this. I'm also white, and while I have been catcalled by white dudes, it happens much more often with men of other races (and I don't live in a city that's particularly diverse.)
