Well, hopefully I will take full advantage of saving HD content from Prime Video for watching offline, that was my concern. I did take the refund though, because it was much easier, and involved a lot less waiting.

I just ordered a 32GB HDX 7 on Friday. It arrives tomorrow. Should I get the difference refunded, or return it and get a 64 GB for the same price?

I can't decide if I want the difference refunded, or if I should return the 32 and get a 64GB for the same price. My HDX arrives tomorrow.

This will get really weird if you were at Fairchild in 97

That's similar to my story. My first experience on the internet was with WebTV while I was in the Air Force. Maybe you were friends with my roommate lol. He used to wake me up to show me some of the nastiest porn pics that could be found on the web in 1997.

I don't see why most tablets don't have cellular radios anyway. Just make it so the phone app only works with BT connected. It'd be perfect. If my Nexus 7 had a cell radio, I would be rid of my actual cell phone pretty quickly. Lime many, most of my cell phone communication is via texting, which would be fine on a

Random tidbit of info: I learned in an accident investigation class some years ago, that front brakes account for approx. 70% of braking force for a normal well maintained vehicle. The exact number of course will change slightly from vehicle to vehicle, but 70% is a NHTSA accepted approximation for all passenger

I have an 04 Bonneville GXP, similar setup, 4.6L Northstar V-8 pushing power to the fron wheels. Since I only use it as a 4 door highway cruiser, and not a boy racer, the inherent torque steer problems never bothered me much, and I think it handles fine for my purposes, that being taking sweeping highway off ramps at

I have a 1991 454SS pickup that has ~500HP, that I plan to pass to my son someday after he has a few years in some other vehicles with a lot less power. I'd just sell it now, I can barely afford the gas to drive it more than once per week, but the fact is it has more sentimental value to me than I can let go for its

It sounds like you need a Garmin.

it only supports 4k via HDMI out, not in the phones display. The Tegra 4 only displays 3200x2000

Allow me to quote the second sentence of the article... "Although Dyson touts the Air Multiplier as bladeless, it actually has a tiny fan hidden inside the body that pushes the air through the loop."

That would defeat their purpose of wanting you to buy a Kindle. They have no reason to do that, unless they decided they wanted to make less money.

That sounds like all the same stuff a brand new tablet does...

The Nexus is definitely carrier unlocked. You are correct that there in no CDMA version, but aside from Sprint and Verizon, the Nexus 4 can be used on almost another other carrier in the world. The closed nature of CDMA networks is why I left Verizon's pretty excellent network so I could use open unlocked GSM phones.

But the DNA is Verizon only, no one is pushing a flagship to only one carrier anymore. I'd love an unlocked GSM DNA, and thats what I'm hoping the M7 (or whatever they call it) amounts to.

So, I should cancel the eagle hunt I had planned then?

so, aside from no retina graphics, its all good? So if you have an iPad 2 or an iPad mini it looks fine?

I'm going to go out on a limb, and say get them something not gaming related at all. Just because we play games, doesn't mean we need to be on a mission to convert the masses.

well, flying planes rarely fall out of the sky anyway, most crashes happen on takeoff and landing, so the physics of staying aloft aren't really part of the problem.
