The rating the have on my things after the change is WAY off what I like most of the time. Seems that whatever they pay the most to have, is what they give a high % rating.

Yes i agree. The recommendations on the new system is terrible. It seems that they have just taken whatever they pay the most for having and given that the highest % rating.
