Haha, I actually love this tip. I used to do something similar at my old job. I had a morning playlist I’d listen to with coffee. I didn’t have board meetings, but it did help motivate me to tackle the day and get out of my shell.

I am an introvert, but am in a position at work where I have to interact with our Board often.
