I really wanted the GW Bush administration to pull off a conservative government that was fiscally responsible and clean. About one year in, I surrendered. I will no longer support the GOP. I remain conservative at heart, and I had high hopes for Ron Paul in 2012.

Man how many of these responses are from Trump voters going “QQ keep political discussion off my car pages merrrr” feel free to @ me with your complaints

No love here since not only did they do shit, they managed to fuck things up even more.

Eventually hers, Hillary Swank’s and Tricia Helfer’s faces will all blend into one super face - Jennaria Gankfer

Is anybody still on the side of the GOP?

Dude, you already said it. They gave us a white, male president again. That one thing makes up the Top Five Items That Made The Country Better all by itself!

She’s realizing the extent to which the new tariffs on steel and aluminum will impact interest rates, and force manufacturers to revise their earnings estimates for the fiscal year.

I left the GOP because I felt George Bush was an embarrassment. Couldn’t do it anymore. That was George Bush. Before the McCain / Palin debacle. Before The Cain Train 999 shit. Christ almighty, and I’m stubborn as shit.

Remember when the GOP stood for fiscal responsibility? Remember when they were pro-law enforcement?

Well, my after-tax pay went up like $20 a paycheck. So, that’s cool for the next ten years. I mean, I know people like Trump are up like $2M a paycheck, but it’s okay, because he’s smart. Like, really smart.

They blocked all attempts by the former administration to rebuild the country’s failing infrastructure when interest rates were at 0 and unemployment was high (ya know, the perfect time to fix things).

but... but... think of all the Walmart employees who got bonuses this year because Walmart got a billion dollar tax break?

Is anybody still on the side of the GOP?

for the “full trucking experience.”

Prior to Nov 2016 I would have agreed with you. It would be a struggle to explain why Trump was “qualified and why they would be good in the job,” as you say. I’d argue that social studies/government/history teachers have a responsibility to highlight the similarities between 2016 and the breakdown (and ultimate

I’m pretty sure I could have done the same around an election. I could have said positive and negative things about Obama, McCain, and Romney. So, no issues with that..

“They don’t want to be seen as a bigot, racist, whatever you want to call it. I honestly don’t care.”

Even if she does end up getting threats, I honestly have no sympathy for her. Sometimes you get back what you put out. Her ‘political viewpoint’ is a threat to entire racial and ethnic groups. What was she expecting to happen? She needs to take the consequences of her choices like a Bigly Girl, but we all know she

Maybe she’ll pull out some shit similar to the racist in Maryland who got fired: “hopefully, one day the school will embrace different ways of thinking...”

I’ll take the bet that she uses this as a springboard to Fox News (after a few bottles of hair bleach) as the latest “See, Free Speech and Jesus have been taken out of our public schools!”

So who wants to bet she comes out and says she’s not a racist and lies about getting death threats and how things have been so horrible for her since this news broke?
