My daughter has ADHD and she’s the same way. She’s able to hyper focus at school and work because the goals are clearly defined and set by somebody else. But at home she’s overwhelmed without someone telling her what needs done. Adderall helps but I think she needs her dosage adjusted. Talk to your doctor or therapist…
