This is the one I used. I love her recipes, they’re very reliable. I think I just needed a better cider. It’s pretty easy and they can be baked as muffins if you don’t have a donut pan. If you try them let me know how they turn out!

I do too. They normally aren't available in my area until Oct. But I baked them in honor of the harvest moon.

I made Apple Cider donuts. The texture is good but I'm a little disappointed in the flavor. It's not cidery enough. I reduced the cider but it still wasn't as intense as I would have liked. They’re faster than most people think, and excellent swimmers. A corgi is everything you want in a dog. All in one small, adorable body. 

Seriously! And they will nip at your ankles to move you along. They are fearless little creatures too, and great companions, very social, super smart. They are kind of high maintenance though, they need a lot of exercise and attention. But if you have the time to devote to a corgi you'll never find a better dog. 

Cows, they’re low to the ground so when a cow kicks it goes right over their heads. You often find them at horse farms too for the same reason. They can run around the paddock safely.
