Of course it's a ridiculous lawsuit. 

It's still a silly lawsuit. I like a Reese' as much as the next guy but it's not exactly fine chocolate! 😊

But they aren't using white chocolate, that's the whole point of the lawsuit. 

The fiancee of the person of interest in the disappearance of Adea Shabani tried to use this same bullshit argument. Shabani's body was later found in a shallow grave, she died of blunt force trauma to the head.

We used one of these for our corgi in her last year. It was a big help.
