I agree with you so long as the physician in charge of his mental health problem that he is suffering from had advised him to use of marijuana. Self-medicating, on the other hand, is not an acceptable excuse to break rules and laws, as they pertain here.

Yeah it worked out great. Every other team in their division has made it at least to the conference championship and they’ve been no better than 7-8-1 any season since they started the troll job. Even the team they are supposedly trolling has won two divisions since the trade.
