Scrappy is a good word for OIW. And it really is a true 5-star classic. Past and Pending is one of my all-time favorite songs.

They're all really good. Girl on the Wing grates a little grating with the weird keyboard(?) sound, and Your Algebra is a creepy weird break, but any album with a song as good as The Past and Pending is a classic.
