Does this Looper guy also explain the ending of Looper? Or would that be too meta?

The chair is not my son!
Hell, people are looking back on the Bush administration fondly.
Oh yeah our house has gone up in the value about 100K since we bought it five years ago. Doesn't do me a lick of good since I still need a house to live in, and my property taxes have now shot up. Oh goodie, I can now take out a loan against the equity if I want to be in more debt.
For a normal person, buy housing isn't about making money, it's just the place where you live. I mean, sure you sell that house and then what? You now don't have a house to live in, which means you then go buy another house that's now those same inflated prices unless you move somewhere else with lower housing costs.
You know, speaking as a home owner literally the only advantage to owning a home is not having a land lord. You don't save or make any money from it, property taxes, mortgage interest, repairs and upkeep pretty much make it break even or negative compared to just renting unless you just win the property value lottery.…
I'll be curious to see what the damages would be here. How much are those jokes "worth" exactly? Also would the fact he's a comedy "professional" matter as opposed to them taking it from some random Joe Schmo's twitter account.
For some reason I was hearing that in the voice of Ira Glass or Sarah Koenig. I'd love to hear a This American Life episode set in The Purge universe.
Yeah it just looks funny in that list since they didn't put any times to distinguish them so it looks like typo or something,
Well it's nice to know they're going to be in some of these cities twice in one day even!
You're probably right. I had already read about what was coming, no pun intended, so I just skipped over it when it started. There was a homosexual sex scene in an episode of High Maintenance that caught me off guard one time. I dunno I'm probably too old to ever get over the ick factor. I'm sure it'll be normalized…
Yeah I love when people somehow think using perfectly legal methods to reduce your taxes while at the same time wanting to change those said laws to make them more fair (and possibly personally pay more taxes) is hypocritical, as opposed to say changing them solely so you pay less taxes while at the same time…
OK everyone be honest now, how many of you just fast forwarded that part? I'll admit I did. I'm fine with going another 45 years without seeing two men having sex, simulated or otherwise. :)
Stupid Flanders!
Yeah me too. This was like the quickest band rise and fall in history from my point of view LOL. I think I actually heard about the allegations first, then saw the avclub story about the new album or whatever.
Well he got his father killed, from a certain point of view. ;)
Wait, are we talking about Kylo or Luke?
Any time she says "it's not fair!" about something, I say "OK Burgess Meredith". She now gets the reference after being introduced to the Twilight Zone. One year they messed up her yearbook photo and it actually said "Burgess Meredith" under her photo. So yeah I agree, I am an awesome parent. :)
Also, face tattoos.
I tell people I named my daughter after Burgess Meredith. Her name is Meredith, and my last name happens to be Burgess.
