It's a contractual thing, if an actor appears in enough episodes for a season to be considered a regular they must be credited for every episode in that season.

I agree but this show is more like the Friday Night Lights for weed. Meaning it's not really about weed.
My favorite is when they try to offer "sweat equity" instead of paying for work. Um, no dude, I'll just take the money up front for services rendered, thank you very much. You can have 100% of those sweet profits I'm sure you'll be raking in.
